Programs and Fees

Our service programs are described briefly below.

Get-Acquainted Meeting ($0): Our first meeting with you has no charge or obligations.  It’s a time to get to know each other and talk through basic questions about your situation and our services.  You’ll gain a better understanding of how we operate and whether our programs suit your needs.

Planning Session ($375 – $500): A focused review of your overall financial picture and your most pressing financial concerns. Ideally suited for those just getting started, seeking a second opinion, or looking for financial education.

Stand-Alone Projects ($500 to $1,000): Designed for people with a specific challenge or an immediate personal finance issue, such as: Do I have enough insurance? How much should I save for college? Are my investments on track? And many others.

Portfolio Makeover ($1,000): An analysis of your existing portfolio and asset allocation (i.e., percent in stocks, bonds and cash) with written recommendations. The Makeover examines options for lowering your current investment expenses and ensuring your portfolio matches your investment time horizon and tolerance for risk.  This review includes 401(k) accounts or other retirement savings plans.

Financial Roadmap ($2,000 to $5,000): A comprehensive, long-term, uniquely personalized strategy for your financial independence and security. Typically the Financial Roadmap covers all areas of your financial life, including goal setting, insurance, cash flow management, estate planning, portfolio reviews, benefits review, and retirement planning.  This program is scalable, starting with a Basic Plan and adding modules as needed.  Additional modules may include home purchase consulting and college funding.

Partner Program ($1,000 to $5,000 annually): The Partner Program is a retainer that allows you to schedule periodic review sessions at an interval of your choosing (annual, semi-annual, quarterly) and can include ongoing investment advisory services as well as financial planning services.  All questions between meetings are covered by the Partner Program.  A valuable option if you want to delegate more of the implementation of your plan or if you have a number of areas to be addressed in the first year of engagement.

Annual Check-ups ($500 to $1,000): Just like your dentist, we encourage annual check-ups to keep you on the path to fiscal health.

Implementation Tasks:  If you would like assistance in implementing any facet of your comprehensive financial plan or other project, we can provide that assistance at an hourly rate.
